OUR STORY

P. Sherman Construction and Development, Inc. is a general contracting company that specializes in designing, developing and building multi-use business complexes. Our founder, Pene Sherman, has spent the majority of her professional career in management and accounting roles where she sharpened her skills in budget management. Her years as an office manager with a custom home building company revealed a talent for construction management. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her expertise, led her to launch her own general contracting business in March 2022. Pene has leveraged her finance and business experience to bring a unique set of skills to the table for her clients, offering high level investment insights that set her apart in the construction industry.

The business became a family endeavor in January of 2023 when Pene’s son, Clay Sherman joined the team, bringing along with him valuable construction project management experience.
